Heir to the once-existing "Galactic Union", the Red Empire has become a warmongering and powerful space power. In the Empire, headed by the Great Ruler, strict discipline and respect for the interests of Universal Expediency keep a tight rein. The Red Empire is reluctant to maintain diplomatic relations with other Civilizations, and its inhabitants are deeply convinced that only their state can be called a Great Power.
The Red Empire has a large and superior fleet. However, it often overestimates its role in its strategy.
