The White Republic called on all sentient beings to sanity and stressed the need to forget all grievances and disagreements, stop senseless conflicts and unite to fight the dominance of the Yellow Anarchy and the rapidly spreading Black Chaos. The call was heard and the former rivals gathered to sign peace on one of the planets of the Republic.
222 year before creation of the UC.
The jointly developed plan for the restoration of intergalactic order began to bear its first fruits. Yellow Anarchy, feeling the firm hand of the united civilizations, quickly lost ground and returned to their native planets, but it turned out to be much more difficult to overcome the strengthened Chaos.
190 year before creation of the UC.
Thanks to incredible efforts, the Black Chaos managed to push back to distant star systems and create safety belts around them to monitor its actions. Assessing the situation, the Outsiders for the first time made concessions and accepted the restrictions imposed on them.

In intergalactic space, peace and tranquility has finally come. Star systems were restored everywhere, trade and diplomatic relations were established. However, everyone, one way or another, was worried about the possibility of a repetition of past terrible events and there was a need for a guaranteed strengthening of intergalactic stability.

The Blue Federation came up with a long-awaited and urgent initiative - it proposed the creation of a joint intergalactic security council, with the goal of maintaining peace and preventing new interstellar wars. One way or another, representatives of all space states supported this initiative. However, there were many organizational issues to be resolved and to determine what powers this new device should have.
45 year before creation of the UC.
At the intergalactic conference, the charter of the intergalactic organization was preliminarily approved, which at that time had not been given a final name. It included representatives of the civilizations of the Great Six - the White Republic, the Gray Monarchy, the Blue and Purple Federation, the Red and Orange Empire. The Green Anarchy was left open the door to entry, but was expected to fulfill some of the requirements for a single, organized government, which it never did. Yellow Anarchy and Black Chaos were not allowed to form the council and still remained intergalactic outcasts.

In the end, the history of the sixth sector of the visible part of the Universe was marked by an exceptional event - the creation of the UC (Organization of the United Civilizations). The organization, created to maintain and strengthen intergalactic peace and security, develop cooperation between civilizations, embodied the hope for indestructible peace and prosperity for all sentient beings. In honor of this event, a non-working holiday was approved in almost all worlds, it was also decided to introduce a new common chronology tied to this special date.
