Walking the earth and breathing the air is not a stereotype for all Civilizations. A different form of life lives in the new galaxy, preferring underwater landscapes.
The Union of the Oceans is not particularly militant, but the underwater Civilization will not lose sight of its interests. Competition with the Aborigines has taught the Union a lot, and with the weakening of their position, new opportunities have opened up.
